Lou Norella, PE

I've been in the Philadelphia area since 1999. I currently live in Roxborough with my wife, two kiddos and our dog.  In my “spare time” I love to be outside, running, playing golf or anything that gets me out. Life’s a never ending adventure and I’m always waiting to see what’s next. 

 

With over 15 years in the design and construction industry, I've had experience from all aspects and know how to convey information across a broad breadth of audiences, from board members and owners to subcontractors. Halo was started to help projects achieve the most promise  and make my clients sleep well knowing their project will be treated as if it were my own home.
